How It's Made

Coby uses rescued and recycled NSF (National Food Safety) approved solid surface materials—brands like Corian and Avonite—that would otherwise end up in a landfill. He transforms these misfit materials into beautiful, functional, and long-lasting cutting boards.


Made from non-porous solid surfaces, these boards prevent bacteria and germs from hiding, ensuring a safer, cleaner cutting experience. Each board is maintenance-free, dishwasher-safe, and features rounded corners for a smooth, easy-to-handle design.


Coby adds a deep juice groove on one side to catch all those liquids from meats and veggies, while the other side offers a smooth, flat surface—giving you two versatile cutting surfaces in one. Both sides are finished to Coby’s signature smoothness. What a guy!

I highly recommend Cutting Boards Wisconsin

Very nice and CLEAN... both cutting boards I received. The larger one which does fit over my sink is great for bigger jobs, even kneading my breads, and the small one which because it's so easy to reach for I use every day. I've used the bonus smaller one even more than the larger one. Still, these cutting boards made of Corian, which my countertops are made of, I know how durable and FREE FROM GERMS they'll be when cutting meats like raw chicken, pork & seafoods. The nice thing about Corian's durability IS how they can be cut on a lot then easily cleaned without the every 6 months maintenance of oiling a wooden cutting board. As Registered Nurse who spend my career treating infections, and who is very careful about preventing infection, bacteria & viruses, I bought these cutting boards specifically for INFECTION CONTROL IN THE KITCHEN. And after using both the small one & larger one, I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED; the solid material of Corian cleans up perfectly, dries fast & looks pretty darn nice in my kitchen.
